The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies regulates Emergency Telephone Service through Title 29, Article 11, C.R.S. (Colorado Revised Statutes). Wireless 9-1-1 rules seek both to improve the reliability of wireless 911 services and to provide enhanced features generally available for wireline or landline calls.
