Typically the LAC Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board holds their regular monthly meeting on the fourth Thursday each month. On rare occasions that date may need to be changed.
The Authority Board passed the Resolution Concerning Online Notice of Public Meetings which states: The Colorado General Assembly recently passed House Bill 19-1087, concerning online notice of public meetings of a local governmental entity (“Act”), which allows local governmental entities in Colorado to post notices of public meetings on the local government’s website to meet the open meetings law requirement of full and timely notice pursuant to Section 24-6-402(2)(c)(I), C.R.S.
Therefore all meeting agendas will be posted on lac911.com or, if unable to do so, will post at 939 Robinson Avenue, Trinidad, Colorado.
